Abstract

Background. For city transport complex in the conditions of modern Russia is characterized by high dynamics of changes in the number of vehicles as a result of the environmental impact and the impact on human health. There is a need to monitor and forecast environmental conditions of cities for the timely adoption of measures to reduce this impact. The effectiveness of planning, monitoring any stabilization actions aimed at reducing the negative impact of transport based on the principle of a preliminary analysis of the parameters of vehicles and environmental factors that determine the formation of the ecological situation in the territory under consideration.
Materials and methods. On the basis of the analysis, ecomonitoring parameters which will describe completely a condition of object – as systems at any moment are selected. For the solution of an objective we will use methods of design of indistinct systems. This system will allow not to depend on incompleteness of the obtained data.
Results. Research within problems of management of an ecological situation near the most loaded highways of the city of Penza is conducted. The algorithm which basis the device of indistinct modeling is, when performing a task for reduction of time of collection of information is developed.
Conclusions. The pilot studies conducted in Penza have shown sufficiently satisfactory convergence of theoretical and experimental results at a gas contamination assessment by carbon monoxide on highways of the city.
